Privacy Policy
This note explains what the venue does with the details you hand over when you book a box or drop us a line. We keep it short because we keep very little.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking form, you give us a name, an email address, a date, the box you want, and your crew size. That is the whole cargo. We do not ask for payment details, addresses, or anything we do not need to hold your booking. If you email us directly, we hold whatever you choose to write.
Why we hold it
We use those details for one job: to log your manifest, confirm the booking, and have the right box ready when you arrive. If a session is cancelled or a box goes out of service, we may use your email to let you know. We do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Booking records sit in a plain log so we can run the yard and settle any dispute about a booking. We clear entries once they are no longer useful, usually within a few months of your visit. Ask us to remove your record sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. Your browser may store a small preference, such as a reduced-motion setting, on your own device; that never reaches us. We do not follow you across other sites.
Your say
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Reach us through the booking contact and we will handle the request promptly, in the same plain terms as this page. We may update this policy as the venue changes; the current version always lives here.
