Terms of Use
These are the loading instructions for visiting the venue and using this site. Book a box or walk through the gate and you agree to run by them.
Bookings
A booking holds a box for your crew at the date you choose. Places are limited by the size of each crate, so a manifest logged early beats one logged late. If plans change, tell us as soon as you can and we will free the box for another crew. We may move or cancel a booking if a box needs repair, and we will let you know by email when that happens.
House rules
Every crew reads the borders of the crate: do not crush your neighbour, keep devices out of the wet, and no more than six players to a box. Drinks stay on the tables, not the desks. Voices drop after 23:00 for the night shift. Staff can ask a crew to leave if the rules are ignored or the gear is at risk.
Your gear and ours
You may bring your own controllers, keyboards and headsets and plug them into the spare ports at each station. Look after them; the venue is not responsible for personal equipment left behind or damaged through misuse. Treat the installed kit as borrowed freight — report a fault, do not force it.
Fair play
FR8BOX is an entertainment venue for playing games together. Any score ladder or friendly match we run is settled on skill, score and time alone. Prizes, when offered, are gear or trophies handed to the crew that earned them. No money rides on a result, and none ever will on the premises.
This site
The site is provided as-is to show what the venue offers and to take bookings. We keep the details current but cannot promise the site is free of every error. We may update these terms as the yard changes; the version here is the one that applies.
